Domestic Shipping Policy (USA)

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.
Orders typically ship within 5–8 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders.
Shipping charges for expedited or custom orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, outlying U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking will become active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Samurai Sword Store is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or other charges) are the customer’s responsibility.


Damages

Samurai Sword Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a damaged item, please file a claim directly with the shipment carrier.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.


International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to select countries. Standard delivery for international orders is estimated at 6–12 business days after processing.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries

We do our best to validate shipping addresses at checkout. If an address cannot be verified, we will attempt to contact you for correction. If we cannot confirm a valid address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Samurai Sword Store is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
