Return Policy

Please contact sales@samuraiswordstore.com for any questions regarding returns, replacements, or refunds.

 

In order for product(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

• Product is returned within 30 calendar days after tracking information has marked product(s) “delivered.”
  
• Product(s) must be returned in NEW condition, unused with original package and accessories.

 

Failure to do so can result in delayed or rejected return, replacement or refund.

Once refund has been approved, funds will be returned via original payment method within 7 business days.

 

SamuraiSwordStore.com reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund it deems ineligible.
